New project of system of automatization of processes. WebMasters - 13/09/05
We begin with the exposition of a new system, which tries to be around the best suppliers of Internet of our country.
The purpose of this new system is, mainly, the one to reduce the time that is used in the management and maintenance of all our infrastructure of servants, hostings, dominions, plans email, certificates SSL, positionings, developments of applications, etc.
At first one considers that the new system carries out the following tasks automatically:
- High/registry of clients.
- Allocation of extranet prevailed to our clients where they will be able to consult and to manage the details of his hirings.
- Management of the low renovations/of products on the part of the client.
- Automatism of invoicing of hirings.
- High of all the products thanks to the automatization motors.
- Extension in the heat of the moment of products on the part of our clients.
- Automatic Motorization of services and servants
For all this one is going away to incorporate specialists in several areas, which are necessary for the development of the project in their totality. The areas to cover are:
Systems analysts:
People in charge of the development of all the infrastructure concerning systems. Systems of high automatics of dedicated servants, hostings, dominions, plans of email, positionings, etc. That includes, really, all the services of which we arrange and those that are about to come.
Developer under platforms based on objects:
One has thought to base all the tool on programming by objects, in the style of JAVA. This programming is not to day of today very extended in Spain, but without doubt it is the most robust form and burglaryable to create a great system. Three sections will exist in which a navigation interface will be implemented:

Web: it tries to totally replace the present Web site of Unelink by a connected site the system of automatization of processes, which shows products, their characteristics and other options with possibility of contracting them of totally automatic form, realizing right away the discharge of the contracted product.
Intranet: this it is the thickness of the project. It is the system where all the discharges of clients will be managed, hirings, renovations, etc. In him all the motors of automatization will be located, which will allow to connect with any application to realize the high ones automatically. It will lodge the global invoicing, budgets, offered states of our clients, products, controller of the interface Web, as well as the systems of marketing, controls of servants, IPs directions and a novel system of self-management of the main DNS (which will manage main registries DNS of all our products, without human intervention). The system will manage the losses and renovations of our clients of unheeded form.
The considered time of development of the new system of automatization of processes is of 3 years, despite it is difficult to consider the total reach of the project due to his spread and misfortunes that we pruned ourselves to be finding in the planning of the same.
