The objectives consider to be fulfilled, and those are not few that we have seted out to reach throughout all our years of experience. It consults the innovations in which we worked at the time to improve our products and services.
New system of support. Dept. Commercial - 15/11/06
Shortly the new system of support will be available from which our clients will be able to send their consultations to us by means of tickets to the different departments.
This system tries to be implanted little by little like main system in the relation with all the clients, since it allows our clients to arrange, for later consultations, of all the information about any question or incidence that has realized on our services.
In the new system of support all the departments will be present to which our clients will be able to be directed: invoicing, technician, systems, positioning, dominions, development, etc.
We hope that the response time of our departments is inferior to 10 minutes, doing therefore a system of agile and powerful support.
