One is going away to come to develop the new system of automatic pursuit for virtual servants VPS.
The system will be available in extranet of client within the details of its virtual servants. By defect he will appear like deactivated, being able to be activated when it is desired.
Operation: the system of automatic pursuit will monitor the virtual servant every 5 minutes. If this servant is in state DOWN (fallen) the system he will put in alert status. If in the following 5 minutes the system continues in state DOWN, comes to act.
They are going away to form two forms of selectable activities by the client.
Automatic action: after being in state DOWN, the system tries to reinitiate its servant of natural form, stopping its services and taking again the servant. If this action is existosa, the system will not conduct any battle more since it will detect that it is in state UP (risen). In case his servant totally continues blocked, “hard� will be come to realize a resumption. This type of reincio extinguishes the virtual machine without closing the services. If once reinitiated in this way, servant still continuous DOWN, will be sent an informative mail to the client, indicating to him the tasks carried out and the present state of his servant, in order that he comes to realize his repair.
Action manual: this action will work in the same way that the automatic action, but instead of being the pursuit system the one that reinitiates the virtual servant, will be sent a mail to him to the client, indicating the state of its servant and asking to him if wishes to come to its resumption and what type of resumption wishes to realize: “normal� resumption or resumption “hard�. If once executed the resumption the virtual servant continues without working, the system will send a second mail again indicating to him if it wishes to reinitiate his servant.
Of this form our clients with engaged virtual servants will have option to act and to solve problems with their servants from any place, for example, a moving body formed with their electronic mail, without needing having a PC.
